FLOWER OF SALT SMOKED
Hand-harvested sea salt collected from the Atlantic Ocean Coasts of Spain.
This salt is collected only during the hottest months of the year. The salt-makers scrape only the top layer of salt before it sinks to the bottom of the crystallizers.
It is 100% natural with a neutral smell and NO additives.
White color and softer than the strong salty taste of the common salt, dissolves faster than the regular salt and with less sodium better for low sodium diets.
The Sea Salt is smoked using different types of wood, predominantly oak. This complements the salty taste with a light flavor and intense smoke aroma. Recommended for meat, fish, vegetables and poultry.
